Connect the communication diaability network

A charity for people living with communication difficulties following a stroke.

Conversation Groups A supportive social group meets every Monday morning at Caius House Battersea.
There will be a new group starting soon in the Roehampton/Putney area.

Befriending service A befriender with personal experience of stroke can visit at home or in hospital to share experiences and offer support.

Conversation Partner A volunteer visits once a week for 6 months to offer supported conversation and a one-to-one chat.
