50+ Restart Social and Cultural Group

50 Plus Restart is a thriving group that offers advice, activities and support for older people.  We meet every Monday from 12midday to 4.30pm. The group is organised by volunteers and offers a range of activities and plans group outings as well.   Men and woman of all background are welcome.

Specialist day centre providing a service to those over 65 with mild to moderate dementia 3 days per week and those under 65 with dementia 2 days per week. Day trips are available to elderly people by contacting various reputable organisations on our website.These are often at dicounted rates and carers are always available to provide help to those in need of assistance.
There are many different exercise classes available for the over 50's in the local area.These are easily accessible and other classes such as yoga and Tai-Chi can also be benefitial.
Leisure or free time, is a period of time spent out of work and essential domestic activity. It is also the period of recreational and discretionary time before or after compulsory activities such as eating and sleeping.
